We took the classic 3x3 grid and added one game-changing rule: When the board is full, your oldest piece disappears.
This single twist turns that "solved" game into a mind-bending strategy puzzle where every move counts. No more draws. No more boring stalemates. Every match has a winner.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT?
Picture this: You’ve lined up three marks. Victory seems certain. But wait—your very first piece vanishes, and suddenly your opponent has the winning line.
That is Upgraded TicTacToe. You can’t just think about the next move; you have to think 3 or 4 moves ahead. You need to remember which piece is fading out next. It’s Chess-level thinking on a Tic-Tac-Toe scale.

Honestly? We were sick of Tic-Tac-Toe always ending in a draw. If you play against someone who knows what they're doing, the game is broken.
